TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL PRE ORDERS/READY TO SHIP wigs
BRAIDED WIGS/HUMAN HAIR WIGS
1. PRODUCT/ITEM PROCESSING WILL COMMENCE WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED FOR PRE-ORDERED CUSTOM UNITS. Ready to ship units ship within 5 business days.
2. FULL PAYMENT VALIDATES ORDER
3. TURNAROUND TIME (TAT) IS 20-25 BUSINESS DAYS FOR BRAIDED WIGS except microbraids or twists wigs or nano sized wigs which may take up to 40 weeks to complete (This excludes holidays, weekends and intricately made units, as will be communicated to recipient/customer.)
4. NO REFUND OR CHANGE OF ORDER AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AND THE UNIT’S PRODUCTION HAS COMMENCED or produced.
5. Please make sure you really want to purchase a wig before making any payments.
6. THERE SHALL BE NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF CLIENT CHANGES THEIR MIND AFTER RECEIVING ORDER (wigs are custom made specifically to suit a client(s) taste and preference).
7. THERE SHALL BE NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE MADE FOR DAMAGED, ALTERED, AMENDED, MODIFIED, OILED, GELLED, WORN AND OR USED UNIT BY THE CLIENT.
8. WHERE WE AGREE WITH OUR CLIENT THAT A PRODUCT/ITEM BE RETURNED, IT MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 24HRS OF DELIVERY AND MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WAS DELIVERED TO THE CLIENT PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS MUST BE RECIEVED BY US BEFORE ANY REFUND IS MADE.
9. CUSTOMER SHALL BEAR THE COST OF DELIVERY FOR THE RETURN AND/OR RESENDING OF ANY ITEM.
10. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED THROUGH DHL EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE DOORSTEP DELIVERY ONLY.
11. OUR WIGS ARE SHIPPED THROUGH DHL EXPRESS COURIER SERVICES PRIORITY SHIPPING 5-7 business DAYS DOORSTEP DELIVERY ONLY.

**DISCLAIMER**Custom made wigs are non-refundable because they are made specific to the client’s Head size, Lace type, Style, Colour, Length, Braid size selection together with any other special request.
All units are hand made by humans, this means no 2 units will look exactly the same but LOOK SIMILAR!
